Continuous casting is a method for producing high-quality semi-finished products from ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Continuous casting involves continually pouring liquid metal into a cooled die. The shell solidifies within the die and is then dragged off downwards or upwards, with the core remaining liquid.

Our Graphite Dies out-standing features are:

  • Low surface wettability.
  • Good lubrication properties.
  • Good thermal conductivity.
  • High strength.
  • High thermal and chemical resistance.
  • Excellent thermal shock resistance.
  • Low thermal expansion.

EGYCARBON provide a wide range of graphite dies for Brass continuous casting and most of non-ferrous alloys with high precision and different grades giving longer lifetime and production efficiency.
